HERE'S YOUR ANSWER
Concentration of solution means finding the pecentage of solution.
It's formula is :- Mass of Solute / Mass of Solution × 100
Answer of your second question
Mass of Solute = 50g
Mass of Solvent = 350g
Mass of Solution = Mass of Solute + Mass of Solvent
Mass of Solution = 50g + 350g
Mass of Solution = 400g
Concentration = Mass of Solute / Mass of Solution × 100
=> 50 / 400 × 100
=> 12.5%

Concentration of solution refers to the amount of solute dissolved per litre of solution. Mass of solute= 50g
Mass of solvent= 350g
Mass of solution = mass of solute + mass of solvent = 50+350=400
So, concentration% = Mass of solute/ mass of solution x 100. So, 50 / 400*100 = 12.5g
