Heya!

Here is your answer.

Question:- What is meant by disabilities?

Answer :- Disability is the non-ability of doing something. It may be anything, like, some have disabilities of walking a long way, some have disabilities of bravery i.e. some also have phobia to a certain things in a certain extent.

When we say we are able, we mean that we are capable. But on the other hand, when we say we are disable, that means we are not capable of completion of that work.

Disabilities are never self-created, they appears automatically because of many reasons.

A disability is an impairment that may be cognitive, developmental, intellectual, mental, physical, sensory, or some combination of these. It substantially affects a person's life activities and may be present from birth or occur during a person's lifetime. ... Disability is thus not just a health problem.
