Electron precise:

The hydrides which have sufficient number of electrons required for forming covalent bonds is called electron precise.

For example hydrides of group 14 , CH4 SiH4 GeH4 SnH4 PbH4 etc. they have tetrahedral geometry.

Electron precise compounds are hydrides of 14 group elements. They have as many numbers of electrons as required to write their conventional Lewis structures. In other words, they have exact number of electrons to form normal covalent bonds. Electron-precise compounds are tetrahedral in shape.
