what is meant by evaporation? how it is different from boiling? give the effect of surface area,temperature and wind speed on rate of evaporation ​

Answer:

evaporation turing of substance before reaching it boiling point .

as more surface area more area in contact to atmosphere and more heat will be able to change it in vapour.

temperature increases then heat will also increase and water will evaporate fast

wind speed slow then air will not add that vapour in it because it is already filled

the formation of vapour is called as evaporation but that vapour are again converted in to liquid due to decrease in temp

(does not occur in boiling)
