to use up or consume completely; expend the whole of is called exhaustible material

exhaustible materials are those materials which can extinct when overused. they take a millions of years to renew for example: petroleum,ground water etc.
non exhaustible materials are those which are available in abundance and usually do not take a long time in renewing
for example:water etc
