In algebra, the factor theorem is a theorem linking factors and zeros of a polynomial. It is a special case of the polynomial remainder theorem. The factor theorem states that a polynomial has a factor if and only if.

Hello Mate!

Factor Theorum : The use of intergers in putting value in p( x ) that results the final value as zero is called factor theorum.

For instance, if ( x - 1 ) is factor of p( x ) then remainder will be zero as result.

Note : Here, p( x ) refers to ploynomial or equation which act as a dividend.

Have great future ahead!
