The Indian constitution gives us a federal structure of the government. This means that the three levels of government centre,state and local self government or panchayati raj. The union list has 97 subjects, the state list has 66 subjects and concurrent list has 47 subjects. The citizens of India are administrator of government made by three levels of government.
