It is a form of a verb that has a subject and  show tense, person and number .

eg : Aren’t you a bit late?

finite verbs are those verbs that have a definite relation with the subject or noun. these verbs are usually the main verbs of a clause or sentence and can be changed according to the noun. they r only in present nd past tense. 

ex. - she walks home.
       here finite verb is walks.
