Frustration is the feeling one undergoes when goals are block
There are various types of frustration.
Goal to goal frustration.
Goal to individual .
Advanced frustration.
When one is frustrated, he or she may end up behaving in a very abnormal manner,
When frustration is prolonged, one might tend to be aggressive whereby he or she sees others as the excuse of his or her frustration.
Aggressive behaviour is form of defense mechanism used to change the situation and live away from the reality
