Interconvertibilty means to convert from one form to another .It means that two or more states can be converted into eachother .
As solid can be converted into liquid and liquid can be converted into solid

Ice which is solid can be converted to liquid on melting . And again this liquid can be converted to ice (solid state) on freezing .
Gas can be converted to liquid , if gas is compressed or pressure is increased it is converted to liquid
Perfumes in bottle are compressed so in bottle they are in liquid state , but as we press it , it is released that is pressure is reduced so they again comes into gaseous state
