it is a lowest common multiple.. if we have to find the l.c.m of two numbers,

let us consider 10 and 35,

first we have to check whether both the numbers have a common divisor... here both the numbers have commonly 5 as the divisor... that is both comes under 5th table

then if divide it with 5, our numbers get reduced to 2 and 7

now this two numbers 2 and 7 does not have common divisor.... therefore we can't do further division with respect to common divisor..

now both the numbers are separately divided....

now multiply all the divisor

we get 5x7x2=70

70 is the lcm
