Molar conductance is the conducting power of the ions produced by dissolving one mole of an electrolyte in solution...

It is denoted by lambda...

it is related to specific conductance (k).

lambda= k/ M

where M is the molar concentration...

If M is the units of molarity ie moles per litre the lambda may be expressed as

lambda = k× 1000/M....

molar conductance is defined as the conductivity of an electrolyte divided by the molar concentration of the electrolyte, and so measures the efficiency with which a given electrolyte conducts electricity in solution.
