Morale means the motivational values in the employees.It means how dedicated they are to improve their performamce and to contribute their maximum to the company. Factirs thay affect the employees morale arem Attitude of the top management: If the top management if a company is lethargic and are ineffective, then the morale of the employees is sure to decline since there isn't anyone to keep motivating them. Appreciation: If employees are appreciated for their efforts at regualr periods,then it encourages them to perform even better.And vice versa. Work environment: work environment plays a very significant role in deciding the efficiency of the employees.If the working environment is suitable, hygenic and friendly then the morale of the employees is sure to rise.And vice versa.
