National development refers to the development of a country which include the following points :-
(i)There should be a fair and just path for all.
(ii) There should be a pollution free environment.
(iii) It should benefit a large number of people and not a small group. There should be increase in per capita income and such a way that the gap between the rich and the poor be the minimum. Citizens should be provided better health facilities, better educational facilities.

National Development means that any country is developing and it is improving as much as possible.
Improvement in Education, land, Science & Technology, Human Capital, etc are also National Development.
We can simply say National Development means that a country, is improving in the social welfare of the Country.
This is only known as National Development
