What is meant by order of a reaction being zero?

If a reactant or product is in zero order in a reaction,then that reactant or product will not affect the rate of the reaction. E.g. if bromine is in zero order in a reaction we will know that increasing or decreasing the concentration of Br will not affect how faster or slower the reaction will be.
