‘People as Resource’ refers to the people of the country working with their respective skills and ability.

Explanation:

  • If the present human population or resource becomes more educated and healthy then the population would become human capital that strengthens the productivity of the country.
  • When people become part of the productive their income increases as result higher income results in higher productivity. In this case productive people becomes economical asset of the country. The unemployed educated people turns in to liability instead of assets.
  • Physical and land capitals are useless without human resource. Human resource are completely dissimilar from the land and physical capital, because human resources need to education, protection, training, health guard to grow and progress, however physical and land capitals need money and physical power as inputs to develop.
