well, they are different viewpoints of the same questions what? Why? and How? It is the scientific study (testable and eventually provable- until another question pops up (according to a scientific method. So it is any sensible question you like as long as the answer meets the ‘scientific criteria. But you won’t always get the answer, not yet anyway, there is still an endless amount of work to do. The three sciences which you mentioned are just focusing on major sub-divisions, you could argue they are all just manifestations of physics but that implies too much. If we go to the other extreme we can sub-divide and subdivide a major science , such as biology then zoology, then helminthology then parasitology then parasite physiology and on and on- same with all other branches of ‘science which can easily be sub-divided. All of these subjects follow the same basic physical laws of nature. The one stumbling block (I am sure there are others) is the contradiction between the subatomic (Quantum) physical world and the grand scale universe described by Einstein, but I am not qualified to talk much about these. Anyway in a simple example; physics tells us how chemical bonds occur, chemistry tells us how these bonds change the behaviour of the ‘new’ substance (and sometimes why) and biology tells us how an important group of these ‘new’ substances can be organised and utilised to make living things ‘function’.

Physics studies matter and energy in its most general sense. It deals with the basic constituents of matter and energy (photons, electrons, nucleons, etc.), and also how objects can move and transfer energy between each other. It uses a lot of math to do this.

Chemistry studies what types of molecules can exist, the properties of matter made from these molecules, and how they can convert into each other. And then biology studies living things.

In principle the laws of physics are enough to describe chemistry, and the laws of physics and chemistry are enough to describe biology (putting aside any non-physical aspects like consciousness, free will, etc., which are philosophical rather than scientific issues). However since our computers are not nearly good enough yet to build these full descriptions, we have to study chemistry and biology directly to hope to understand molecules and living things respectively.
