The Pythagoras' Theorem is a Basic relation between the 3 sides of a Right angled Triangle.

a² + b² = c²

where a, b and c are the sides of a right triangle. (c is the Hypotenuse)

'Pythagorean Triplet' here, indicates any three numbers which satisfy the Pythagorean relation of a² + b² = c².

→ Examples of Pythagorean triplets are :

(3,4,5), (5,12,13), etc.

Hope it helps!!

It is a set of three numbers in which the square of longest side is same of squares of the other two sides.

a^2 = b^2 + c^2.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ex:

(1) 5^2 = 3^2 + 4^2

25 = 9 + 16

(2) 13^2 = 12^2 + 5^2.

169 = 144 + 25

(3) 17^2 = 15^2 + 8^2

289 = 225 + 64

(4) 10^2 = 6^2 + 8^2

100 = 36 + 64

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Pythagorean triplets are (3,4,5), (5,12,13).

Hope this helps!
