potential at a point means the work done in bringing down a unit positive charge from infinity to that point and then the work done is said to be of 1 volt or potential difference

potential difference between two point means and suppose we have two two wires one live wire and neutral wire then live I will contain 220 volts then if a neutral wire also contain 220 volts then the current will not flow is it required a difference from moving higher concentration to lower concentration that's why one two wires are there one why is having more potential difference and otherwise having less potential or indirectly say one having more voltage and one having almost no and negligible amount of voltage
