prokaryotics - the organism which do not have a well define nuclear membrane and other orgalles of the cell .example : bacteria
eukaryotics- the organism which have a well define nuclear membrane and other orgalles of the cell . example : human being.

Prokaryotic cells have nuclear material but not have nuclear membrane,pro = primitive ; karyon = nucleus.Prokaryotic were probably the first living to evolve on the earth...

Eukayotic cell have both nuclear material as well as nuclear membrane..Eu means true and karyon means nucleus...
