BREATHING IN OF AIR AND BREATHING OUT OF AIR IS CALLED PULMONARY VENTILATION

It is commonly referred to as breathing. It is the process of air flowing into the lungs during inspiration (inhalation) and out of the lungs during expiration(exalation)
