The solution at a given temperature when is not able to dissolve more solvent is called saturated solution.
You can take a example of dissolving sugar into water. If you will keep dissolving the sugar in it then automatically a stage will come after that you will not able to dissolve more sugar into it.

A saturated solution is a solution in which no more solvent can be dissolved as the saturation of the solution has already taken place.
