what is meant by spectrum of white light ?how cam we recombine the components of white light after a prism has separated them?

spectrum means pattern of various em waves using anotheer prism up side down

the white light passing through prism and split into seven colour called spectrum of white light. we can recombine this by using another prism placed with the first prism.so it will changes the seven colour into white light.
