Speed of a body gives us an idea of how slow or fast that body is moving.

In other words, speed of a body is the distance travelled by it per unit time.

Formula:
Speed = Distance travelled / Time taken
or,
v = s / t
where 'v' is the speed, 's' is for the distance ans last but not the least 't' for time taken.
