System naturae is a type of book written by Carl Linnaeus about taxonomy. taxonomy is a branch of science which deals with classification of organism. it is important because it help us to systmatise stydy of living organism.

Swedish botanist Carolus Linnaeus in Systema Naturae (1735) and further developed by French biologist Jean-Baptiste Lamarck and others.
