Terminating Decimal means there'll be fixed number of digits after the decimal point. For example, if we divide 105 by 2, the answer will be 52.5. In 52.5, there are fixed number of digits after the decimal point, that is, 5. Again for example, if we divide 9832 by 50, the answer will be 196.64. In 196.64, there are fixed number of digits after the decimal point, that is, 6 and 4.
