Genetic Drift : It refers to the random change in gene frequencies in a small population, presumably Owing to change rather than natural selection, there by providing diversity without any adaptation.

Natural Selection: It is the process of evolution of species wear by characteristics which help individual organisms to survive and reproduce are passed on to their offspring, and those characteristics which do not help or not passed on.
