What is meant by the pressure potential of flaccid cell?

Pressure potential is the positive pressure developed in a system due to osmotic entry of water into it. The value of pressure potential is equal to the value of turgor pressure. Pressure potential is negative in a plasmolysed cell and xylem vessel, positive for a turgid cell and zero for a flaccid cell.
