Lateral inversion as the name indicates is the condition when anything gets reversed.

For example when we stand in front of the mirror, the right appears to be left and vice versa.

In the English letter too, there are a lot of letters which remain the same even after the inversion and these are A, H, I, M, N, O, Q, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z.
