Theory of relativity means that sometimes law of physics is not valid in some cases so to explain these all things Einstein uses references frames and space and time....
Einstein gives theory of relativity ...

no any body can move with the velocity of light because if any body moves with speed of light it will becomes energy itself...by formula predicted by Einstein.
E = mc^2
and if body moves with speed compared to speed of light there is alSo some variation in its mass...
so these all are examples of relativity in our practical life....
