Gram Panchayat Sabha (or) village panchayat:

Panchayati Samiti:
- This is the block level of the Panchayati raj system at the tehsil level.
- This Samiti is the associate between village level and district level panchayat.
Zila Parishad Samiti:
- This is the district level or the top of the Panchayati raj Samiti. The members of this samiti govern the advanced system.
- The head of this samiti is an IAS officer and a chief officer of the Samiti for district level.
