what is meant by uncertainty here in this pic ....means why do that digit is considered as uncertain​

normally only the first 3 digits after the decimal are accurate 4 th digit can vary so it is uncertain

Explanation:

Uncertain means that it's value is doubtful.It cant be an accurate value.

Normally the last digit after the decimal is considered as uncertain.

for example:-

In 100.0,uncertanity is +-0.1

In 100.00,uncertainty is +-0.01

that's why 100.00 is more acuurate than 100.0
