An object which covers equal distance in equal interval of time is known as uniform acceleration.

it means the change in velocity of a body in a fixed time interval will remain same, for example if in the first second the speed changed from 5 m/s to 6 m/s and in the next second the speed changed from 6m/s to 7m/s and In the next second again it increases by 1 m/s this means the speed will decrease or increase in a constant rate in a fixed time interval
