heya here is ua answer.
...........................................

As an object moves in a circle, it is constantly changing its direction. ... Accelerating objects are objects which are changing their velocity - either the speed (i.e., magnitude of the velocity vector) or the direction. An object undergoing uniform circular motion is moving with a constant speed.
hope it help u plz mark it as brainlist

When a particle moves with a constant speed in a circular path it's motion is said to be in uniform circular motion . In such a motion the particle travels equal distances along the circular path in equal intervals of time, so speed of the particle is uniform but the direction of motion of the particle changes at each point of the circular path. The continuous change in direction that the velocity of the of the particle is not in uniform , i.e. the motion is accelerated.
