HEY BUDDY..!!!

HERE'S THE ANSWER...

_______________________

▶️ Velocity is ratio of displacement to the time take to cover that displacement , i.e

⏺️ v = s / t

✔️ Where ,

⏺️v is VELOCITY

⏺️s is DISPLACEMENT

⏺️t is TIME .

▶️ Velocity can be negative and it is a vector quality ( have magnitude as well as direction )

✔️ Don't get confuse b / w speed and velocity they are similar but not same.

HOPE HELPED..

JAI HIND!!

Heya buddy...!✌️
Here is ur answer...! ✔️

 \textbf {Velocity} is the rate of change displacement covered by an object with respect to the time travelled by it.

Sometimes, it is also conveyed as the speed of an object given in a specific direction. This is because speed is a \textbf {Scalar\:Quantity} (consists of a magnitude only, without any direction) while velocity is a \textbf {Vector \:Quantity} (consists of magnitude as well as direction).

The SI Unit of Velocity is the same as that of speed, i.e., m/s.

The formulae related to velocity are:-

v = u + at
 {v}^{2} - {u}^{2} = 2as

s = ut + \frac{1}{2} {at}^{2}
Where
<>t = time travelled
<>v = final velocity
<>u = initial velocity
<>s = distance /
displacement covered
<>a = acceleration produced

Hope this much is satisfactory to make u understand..!⭐
