What is meant by vinegar and gashol? What are their uses ? Write answers as directed

Vinegar ⇒ 

Vinegar is the type of liquid which consist Acetic acid ( Ethanoic acid ) , Some amount of water and other fermented chemicals.
It is basically produce by the process of fermentation of ethanol through Ethanoic acid bacteria . 

Reaction Involved :- In the formation of Vinegar

CH₃CH₂OH + O₂ → CH₃COOH + H₂O
_______________________________

For example 

While making wine, Sugar must be converted into alcohol and this process is basically called as fermentation. But if the cork of the bottle open for sometimes then there is second type of fermentation happened.  In this process, alcohol is changes into acetic acid, so the main compound which formed is VINEGAR .

Uses of Vinegar ⇒

Used in the preparation of the food .
Used in pickling.
Used as folk medicine material.
Used as a household cleaning agent 




Gasohol :-  Meaning & It's uses 

Gasohol is commonly known as the alternative fuel or a motor fuel , which is a mixture of 90% gasoline and 10% of anhydrous Alcohol .(Ethyl Alcohol)

Benefits :
It has many benefits rather then to have a regular fuel. Like it is much cheaper, eco-friendly , higher performance ,cleaner to the environment , doesn't freeze in typical conditions.

Used in a fuel or petroleum Industry
Used in a automobiles industry
Used as common gasoline or hydrous around the world.
Used as a flexible fuel vehicle , because it won't freeze in typical conditions.

Ethanoic acid is most commonly  known as acetic acid. It's dilute solution in water is known as vinegar.

Vinegar is used as a cooking ingredient as a preservative in pickles, food storage, vinegar is also used for fermentation and also in medicinal field.

Ethanol is clean fuel therefore it is used as an additive to increase the efficiency of petroleum such a fuel is called gashol.

It is used as a fuel.
