Helloo!!

The group velocity of a wave is the velocity with which the overall shape of the waves' amplitude known as the modulation or envelope of the wave propagates through space.

The phase velocity of a wave is the rate at which the phase of the wave propagates in space.
This is the velocity at which the phase of any one frequency component of the wave travels

hope it helps

The velocity of an object is the rate of change of its position with respect to a frame of reference, and is a function of time. Velocity is equivalent to a specification of an object's speed and direction of motion (e.g. 60 km/h to the north).
