A paragraph is a series of sentences that are organized and coherent, and are all related to a single topic. Almost every piece of writing you do that is longer than a few sentences should be organized into paragraphs. ... Paragraphs can contain many different kinds of information.

A weak paragraph in technical English is when:-
- There is no proper opening sentence of the paragraph. Most readers' main focus is on opening sentences. Improper opening sentences cause phasing out of the central point of the paragraph.
- Neglecting the focus on a single topic in each paragraph. Each paragraph should be restricted to a certain topic.
- Paragraphs are too lengthy which makes the reader bored, mundane and ignorant. Long paragraphs seem threatening and readers feel unwilling to proceed with the reading.
- Paragraphs are too short which makes the paragraph less informative about the topic.
- The presence of grammar errors in the paragraphs makes the reader confused and distracted.
- Wrong spelling or writing errors in the paragraph disturbs the concentration of readers.
