+ First of all, what are RAW MATERIALS ?
- Materials that are required in a production activity is called RAW MATERIALS .
- E.g. : In a textile industry, cotton is raw material.

- So, SHORTAGE OF RAW MATERIALS is the insufficiency of those materials.
- As raw materials is essential in production, production is impossible without raw materials.
- LOW AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION are usually the root cause of SHORTAGE OF RAW MATERIALS.
