The four major activities that produce green house gases atre agriculture energy use industrial processes and deforestation. Some measures taken to slow down the process of global warming are:
☆Use of alternative energy sources in place of coal and petroleum.
☆Reduction in the quantity of chemical fertilizer abd insecticides to grow crops.
☆Reduction in deforestation especially of the tropical rainforests which consume much of the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
☆planting more trees and shrubs in deforested areas
☆Find alternative materials which can possibly reduce the release if chlorofluorocarbons in the environment.

1) Planting trees, Aforestation and Reforestation.
2)We should try to drive those cars which run on gas or electricity. This way we can also control the problem of pollution.
3)Use fans more than air conditioners to use less energy.
4)Use sun light to dry wet cloths.
5)Unplug all the electrical appliances if they are not in use.
6)Use recyclable materials instead of disposable materials.
