The blood flows through the glomerulus under pressure and pressure is because of the efferent arteriole is narrower than the afferent arteriole because of this high pressure the liquid part of the blood to filter out from the glomerulus in to the bowman's capsule and this filtration under extra ordinary force is called ultrafiltration. during ultrafiltration almost all the liquid part of the blood with plasma and most of its organic and inorganic substances including urea, aminoacids comes out of the glomerulur and passes into the bowoman's capsule. The fluid entering the capsule is called the glomerular filtrate. after ultrafiltration reabsorption and tubular secretion takes place, The filtrate left after reabsorption and tubular secretion is called urine. finally urine passes into ureter and than into urinary bladder and then urine excreted from urethra.
