its is the choclate in liquid state...its like chocolate syrup...to melt chocolate bars into syrup..steps---1)take a big utensil (patila) 2)pour water into it3) boil the water on gas 4)whe the water is getting boiled..take a glass bowl and put the pieces of chocolates 5) after the water is boiled , carefully keep the bowl of chocolates inside the patila with boiling water..6) continuously stir the chocolate until it melts..and your chocolate is melted
