at the temperature on which substance start from converting from solid to liquid state is called melting point. and at temperature it start to boil is boiling point . melting point of ice is 0°C and boiling point of water is 100°C.

The boiling point of a substance is the temperature at which the vapor pressure of the liquid equals the pressure surrounding the liquid and the liquid changes into a vapor. The boiling point of a liquid varies depending upon the surrounding environmental pressure. 

Melting point of ice is32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 degrees Celsius)

Boiling point of water 10 Celsius
