what is menstruation cycle in human females ? Why cant it occur in human males?

here is your answer,

The females has uterus, and the thickening of uterus happens ,and if not the egg (ovum) ready for fertilised,doesn't get fertilised,then the outer layer of uterus comes out as a waste from females bodies

males doesn't have uterus,thus it is not there in hum males

in the females they have the uterus. they are trying to fertilizer but they didn't have chance to fertilize so they burst out through the outer layer of the uterus. in the case of males they didn't have uterus.
