Menstruation is the loss of blood from the body of female with egg and inner lining of uterus.It happens every month .
As we know ovaries produce eggs every month similtanously.The uterus also prepares to receive fertilized egg.But when the egg is not fertilized.The uterus inner lining breaks and egg with blood and uterus lining comes out of the body of female.
When this cycle starts in female during puberty It is called Menarche.
When this cycles stops in female .It is called Menopause.
