✨MENSTRUATION:

This is the period when blood and tissues from uterus comes out of a girl's vagina. It occurs once in every 25-30 days. Menstrual cycle are controlled by hormones like estrogen and progesterone.

✨MENARCHE:

Menarche is the term used for the first occurrence of menstruation.  This is when a girl becomes capable of giving birth to an offspring.

✨MENOPAUSE:

The menopause is the stopping of menstruation in a female that occurs between 45 and 55 years of age, as a woman's estrogen levels decrease and she cannot give birth to offsprings anymore.

menstruation :- the process of shedding of the uterine lining on a regularly monthly basis is called menstruation. it starts at puverty. the uterine wall in females prepares itself to receive the developing fertilised egg. in case there there is no fertilisation, the thickened lining of the uterine wall breaks down and goes out alongwith blood. this bleeding in women is called menstruation which occurs once in about 28 to 30 days. it is also known as menstrual cycle.

menarche :- the first menstrual flow which begins at puverty is known as menarche.

menopause :- at 45 to 50 years age, the menstrual cycle (menstruation) stops. stoppage of menstruation is known as menopause.
