Menstruation is normal vaginal bleeding.... This occurs as part of a woman's monthly cycle..... Every month the women's body prepares for pregnancy..... If no pregnancy occurs, the uterus, sheds its lining.....

During these days we have to be secure .... We should use those type of stuff or pads which is good for our health and should change it regularly

Hope it helps

Menstruation, also known as a period or monthly,[1] is the regular discharge of blood and mucosal tissue (known as menses) from the inner lining of the uterus through the vagina.[2] The first period usually begins between twelve and fifteen years of age, a point in time known as menarche.[1] However, periods may occasionally start as young as eight years old and still be considered normal.
