At the age of puberty, the inner lining of the walls of uretus in females begins to become thick(blood comes up and make inner lining thick),.. This is done because body is ready to be pregnant or to recive a baby but when its not receives a baby the inner lining break causing bleeding in woman This is called mensuration cycle

If fertilization does not occur, the released egg, and the things the lining of the uterus along with the blood vessels are shade of this cause bleeding in women which is called menstruation.

Mensuration occurs once in about 28 to 30 days the first menstrual flow begins at puberty and in the termed Menarche. At 45 to 50 years of age the mensuration cycle stop stoppage of Mensuration is termed menopause. Initially, menstrual cycle may be irregular. It take some time to become regular.
