mental health means jab deemag bhot zada kaam krta h usse rest nhi milta to vo mentally bimar hota h . jab insaan ke deemag me kuch na kuch chlta he rehta h jb mind ko rest ki zrurat hoti h to vo mentally healthy nhi rehta . mentality healthy rehne ke lia hune shant jagah rhna chahia thode tym and yoga krni chahia .. hope it helps
