Metabolic water Produced in the body by the oxidation of foods. 100 g of fat produces 107.1 g; 100 g of starch 55.1 g; and 100 g of protein 41.3 g of water.

 Animal metabolism produces 42 grams of water per 100 g of protein,60 grams of water per 100 g of carbohydrate,100 grams of water per 100 grams of fat.
